I have worked in business reporting for more than eight years.
My work covers monthly operating-cost and variance analysis, budget control, and management reporting in Power BI and Excel. My current reporting work supports Saudi Arabia, with regional coordination across UAE, Egypt and Morocco.
Alongside the reporting, I redesign the recurring request and approval processes behind it, supporting consistent follow-up through standardized submissions and automated updates.

Clarity first
A report exists to settle a question. If it does not make the next decision easier, it is decoration.

One number, one definition
Agree on what a metric means before arguing about what it says. Most reporting disputes are definition disputes.

Automate the repetition
Work rebuilt by hand every month should run on its own, with checks that catch a missing or wrong figure before anyone reads it.

Keep it explainable
Every figure should trace back to its source, and every step in a process should be one the people using it can explain.
